Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping and delivery times are outside of my control.

Sparkle & Slay Transfers is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If an order is returned to me because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
